Returns

We offer returns and exchanges for 30 days after your order date.

To be eligible for a return, you must return your Travel Box its original packaging. All of the products inside the box must be unused. We will refund the amount you paid only to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.   

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

To begin a return, email us at support@penguinotravel.com and we will provide you with instructions.

Exchanges

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please email us at support@penguinotravel.com. We stand behind the quality of our products and will do everything we can to replace either your Travel Box or the damaged or defective products in your Travel Box as quickly as possible.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, Penguino Travel will be responsible for the shipping costs for your exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
