We love packing Travel Boxes for families going on big adventures! Helping you get ready for your vacation is the best part of our job.

Penguino Travel ships from our office in Austin, Texas. As soon as we're done creating your Travel Box and packing your order, we deliver your package to the Post Office.

Due to summer travel plans in June and July, we will be shipping Travel Boxes on Mondays and Thursdays. Orders received between a Thursday and a Monday at noon will ship on Monday. Orders received between a Monday and a Thursday at noon will ship on Thursday.

We ship by USPS Priority Mail. Most packages shipping to the Continental United States will be delivered in 2-3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as we drop your package at the Post Office.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses may take longer. Your shipment confirmation email will include tracking information.

While we will make every effort to ship packages on time, we will not be responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances outside our control, such as delays due to severe weather.
